Becky’s Pressure Clean provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure cleaning, soft washing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, driveway and pathway cleaning, shopfront cleaning, and other agreed exterior cleaning services.
The availability and suitability of each service depend on the property, surface condition, location, and scope of work agreed upon with the customer.
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the condition of the property at the time of assessment.
The final price may vary if the scope of work changes, additional cleaning is requested, or previously undisclosed conditions affect the work required. Any significant changes to the agreed price will be discussed with the customer before additional work proceeds.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Becky’s Pressure Clean.
Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We may need to reschedule services due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any cancellation fees or special booking conditions will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the requested cleaning services.
Before the scheduled service, customers should ensure that:
The work area is accessible and reasonably clear of obstacles.
Vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other movable items are relocated where necessary.
Water and other agreed facilities are available, if required.
Any known surface damage, leaks, delicate materials, or other relevant property conditions are disclosed.
Pets, children, and other occupants are kept safely away from active work areas.
Delays or additional work caused by access restrictions or undisclosed conditions may affect the service and quoted price.
We select cleaning methods based on the surface type, visible condition, and nature of the buildup. Depending on the job, this may include pressure cleaning or lower-pressure soft washing.
Although we take reasonable care to achieve a quality result, we cannot guarantee that every stain, mark, discolouration, algae deposit, or other imperfection will be completely removed.
Some surfaces may have permanent staining, oxidation, deterioration, previous damage, or other conditions that limit the final result. Where reasonably identifiable, these limitations will be discussed with the customer.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas covered by the booking.
We take reasonable care when carrying out cleaning services. However, customers should inform us of known defects, loose materials, water-sensitive areas, damaged surfaces, faulty seals, or other conditions that may affect the work.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, or for damage arising from conditions that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any concerns about damage allegedly caused during our service should be reported promptly so the matter can be assessed.
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking.
Customers agree to pay the amount specified in the accepted quote or invoice in accordance with the stated payment terms.
Where payment is overdue, we may take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount, subject to applicable Australian law and any agreed payment arrangements.
Exterior cleaning services may be affected by rain, strong winds, extreme temperatures, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If conditions make the service unsafe or unsuitable, Becky’s Pressure Clean may postpone or reschedule the booking. We will aim to notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable and arrange another suitable time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
